Board
The board is the highest governing body within REYST and promotes the interests and objectives of REYST as well as being financially responsible for the school. One member from each of the three partners of REYST has a seat on the board, which is chaired by a representative of Reykjavik Energy.

Academic council
The academic council brings together representatives from the three founders. Their main responsibilities are the continuous development of the course catalogue, planning the academic as well as the vocational content of the programme, selecting teachers and students and being responsible for other matters regarding the academic structure of REYST.

CEO
The managing director is responsible for the daily operation and development of REYST according to the decisions of the board. The CEO promotes the school internationally and operates the REYST office.
